Andrew leads the operational and commercial delivery of the business. He ensures every project is grounded in strong planning, disciplined execution, and a clear focus on quality and financial performance.

 

With more than 21 years across builder, owner–operator, developer, and builder–developer environments, Andrew has progressed from cadet roles to senior operational leadership, giving him rare end-to-end insight into how successful developments are conceived, structured, and delivered. A licensed open-builder and holder of a Bachelor of Applied Science (Construction Management) (Honours), his strengths span project and development management, construction methodologies, contract negotiation, financial oversight, and building high-performing teams. He is known for his ability to de-risk complexity, improve systems, and drive projects forward with clarity and accountability.

 

Coming from a family of builders, Andrew combines practical experience with strategic commercial judgement — providing a steady hand and strong leadership across every stage of the development lifecycle.

 

In his spare time, Andrew enjoys beach days with his family, surf ski paddling, Muay Thai training, and downhill mountain bike riding.

Ben jointly leads the business with a focus on acquisitions, strategy, and shaping the long-term project pipeline. He brings a calm, commercially minded approach to identifying opportunities, creating value where others might overlook it, and ensuring every project aligns with the group’s broader vision.

 

With more than 25 years’ experience across construction, development, and business leadership, Ben’s career spans builder, owner–operator, and developer roles. He has delivered a diverse range of projects — including townhouses, apartments, industrial facilities, and land subdivisions — and has been involved in development since completing his first townhouse project in 2002. His background includes time as a General Manager, award-winning builder, and business owner, giving him deep practical insight into how projects are conceived, structured, delivered, and optimised. Ben also brings extensive experience in acquisitions, feasibility, planning, and strategy, drawing on decades of hands-on leadership and stakeholder engagement.

 

In his spare time, you will often find Ben out fishing, spending quality time with his family, and training in Muay Thai.

David provides strategic oversight, capital support, and high-level guidance across the business. While not involved in daily operations, he plays a key role in shaping direction, identifying opportunities, and ensuring the group’s projects are grounded in strong structure, prudent decision-making, and long-term value creation.

 

With decades of experience across development, investment, and large-scale project delivery, David’s career has been defined by hands-on leadership and entrepreneurial thinking. From his early years working as a Jackaroo Trainee Manager on one of the world’s largest cattle stations to his later success as Managing Director of Shanlodge — a company he co-founded with his mother and Clem Jones — David has always been driven by progress, possibility, and building outcomes with purpose. His background spans residential development, philanthropic ventures, and high-performing project teams, contributing to a deep understanding of how strong planning, governance, and clear strategy underpin successful developments.

 

In his spare time, you will often find David taking care of his macadamia farms, planning his next opportunity, and living by his motto that “the impossible often only takes 10 minutes more planning.”

Beau plays a key role in coordinating the delivery of projects across the development pipeline. He brings experience working in both builder-side and client-side roles, giving him a balanced perspective on how projects are planned, managed, and executed.

 

With experience spanning commercial, residential, renewable energy, and government infrastructure, Beau offers a well-rounded technical foundation and a thoughtful, detail-driven approach to every stage of a project. Holding a Bachelor of Property Economics and Development and accreditation under the NSW Government’s GC21 construction contract framework, he takes the time to understand both the broader objectives and the finer technical elements before providing guidance — enabling him to anticipate challenges and plan effectively. His calm manner, strength in contingency planning, and commitment to honest, collaborative communication make him a trusted leader within the delivery team.

Russell brings strong technical capability and a builder’s mindset to the delivery and management of projects across the business. His practical approach, problem-solving ability, and commitment to improving systems make him a valuable addition to the team.

 

With more than 25 years in the construction and development industry, Russ is a licensed builder with experience across estimating, project management, and senior leadership roles. He also holds a Bachelor of Construction Management from the University of South Australia and continues to support industry advancement as an academic consultant. Russ has a particular interest in sustainable building methods and leveraging technology to enhance project performance — including developing his own project-management software designed to help smaller builders streamline their systems and save time.

 

In his spare time, Russ enjoys spending time with family, getting outdoors for bush walking and hiking, and exploring his passion for music — with a hidden talent for playing a wide range of instruments.
