OVERVIEW

A boutique subdivision strategically positioned in the heart of Emu Park.

Kimber St reflects EVLTN’s structured and commercially grounded approach to small-scale land development. EVLTN originated the opportunity and provided development and project management services through feasibility, approvals, and delivery.

As Development & Project Manager, EVLTN led the project from acquisition through to completion — coordinating planning and engineering inputs, managing tendering, overseeing civil delivery and driving a targeted sales strategy. A proactive approvals pathway and close engagement with council and service authorities ensured the project progressed seamlessly from DA to construction and final settlements.

Delivered in just six months from purchase to lot settlement, Kimber St stands as a demonstration of disciplined programme management, strong consultant coordination and a focused approach to commercial outcomes.

LOCATION

Emu Park is one of the Capricorn Coast’s most relaxed and desirable coastal townships, known for its peaceful foreshore, community-focused atmosphere, and strong connection to the ocean.

Kimber St benefits from its close proximity to beaches, walking paths, cafés, and the broader amenities of Yeppoon and Rosslyn Bay.

The area offers a laid-back coastal lifestyle with easy access to boating, fishing, scenic lookouts, family parks, and weekend leisure activities. Its growing residential appeal — driven by lifestyle migration and strong local amenity — positions developments like Kimber St as both highly liveable and commercially resilient.
