Clayton Rd is a 22-lot subdivision positioned within an established and highly sought-after area of Lammermoor. EVLTN originated the opportunity and provided development and project management services through feasibility, approvals, and delivery.

As Development & Project Manager, EVLTN leads the project from early feasibility through to delivery, ensuring the subdivision is commercially sound, well-considered, and aligned with planning requirements and long-term residential demand.

Our role spans the full early-stage development process — undertaking feasibility modelling, yield assessments and risk evaluation, coordinating planning consultants and engineering inputs, and refining the subdivision design to ensure practical and efficient land utilisation. We prepare and manage tender documentation and oversee procurement, while also planning for staging, compliance pathways and construction delivery.

EVLTN also supports sales strategy, purchaser coordination and settlements to ensure a cohesive and well-managed progression from approvals through to completion.
