OVERVIEW

A well-planned residential subdivision positioned for growth in a rapidly expanding corridor.

Pandanus Springs Stage 1 represents the first stage of a multi-stage land release in Caboolture, designed to support the region’s growing demand for well-located and thoughtfully planned homesites. EVLTN led the development of the project, managing budgets, delivery, approvals, and sales through to settlement.

As Developer and Development Manager, EVLTN is responsible for guiding the project through feasibility, planning and authority approvals, design development, procurement, civil delivery and purchaser coordination. Our work includes financial modelling, yield analysis, coordination with planning and engineering consultants, tender processes, programme management and cost oversight during construction.

Throughout delivery, each stage is structured to ensure efficiency, commercial clarity and disciplined control — supporting both milestone certainty and long-term value.

LOCATION

Pandanus Springs sits within Caboolture, one of South East Queensland’s fastest-growing residential hubs. The area blends suburban convenience with natural amenity — close to established schools, major shopping centres, parklands, and essential transport links including the Bruce Highway and Caboolture train station.

The region offers a relaxed lifestyle with easy access to both Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast, making it highly attractive for families, first-home buyers, and investors. With ongoing investment in infrastructure, Caboolture continues to strengthen as a key growth corridor — supporting long-term demand and future development opportunity.
