OVERVIEW

A major land subdivision shaped to support long-term growth in a rapidly expanding urban corridor.

Pandanus Springs Stage 2 is a 65-lot land subdivision positioned within a growing residential precinct in Caboolture. As Developer, EVLTN is leading the strategic, technical and commercial foundations required to progress the project toward approvals and future delivery. EVLTN led the development of the project, managing budgets, delivery, approvals and sales through to settlement.

The project is currently in the Planning & Approvals Phase, with feasibility testing, design refinement and consultant coordination underway to prepare the Development Application submission. Our focus is on building a strong commercial and planning foundation that supports an efficient approvals process and a clear pathway into procurement and construction.

EVLTN’s role spans the full development lifecycle — from feasibility and design development to approval pathways, procurement planning and future delivery oversight. This structured approach ensures the project aligns with authority requirements, commercial objectives and long-term community needs.
