OVERVIEW

A boutique coastal subdivision designed for relaxed, practical living.

Sandpiper Park is a 16-lot residential subdivision positioned in Bargara, one of the Bundaberg region’s most sought-after beachside communities.

EVLTN originated the site, invested alongside the project owner, and led development activities in partnership through approvals and delivery.

As a development partner, EVLTN oversaw the project from acquisition and feasibility through to planning, construction and completion, ensuring the subdivision was commercially grounded, well-planned and aligned with long-term coastal demand.

Our role included site acquisition and financial modelling, development approval management, coordination of subdivision design and engineering, procurement planning and construction oversight. Throughout delivery, we maintained structured communication between contractors, consultants and authorities to support efficient staging, quality assurance and a smooth pathway through civil works.

The result is a completed coastal subdivision that reflects practical design outcomes, disciplined delivery and a clear focus on liveability, value and long-term community integration.
