Sienna Villas is a nine-townhouse development designed to offer practical, contemporary living within a well-connected Maroochydore neighbourhood. EVLTN originated the opportunity and provided development and project management services through feasibility, approvals, and delivery.

As Development & Project Manager, EVLTN oversees the full lifecycle — from securing the site through to final delivery — ensuring the project is commercially grounded, well-planned and executed with care.

Our involvement includes site acquisition and commercial assessment, detailed feasibility and risk analysis, and managing the development approval process with planning consultants and authorities. We coordinate architectural and engineering inputs to refine the design, oversee tender processes, and act as Superintendent throughout construction to manage programme, quality and compliance on site.

We also support sales strategy, purchaser engagement and settlement, ensuring a clear and coordinated progression from launch through to completion.

Now in the Delivery Phase, the project is moving through detailed design coordination, contractor engagement and on-site construction oversight. The focus remains on achieving an efficient, disciplined build that reflects the project’s boutique scale and market positioning.
