OVERVIEW
A masterplanned land release shaped for future community living.
Waterview Heights is a ~38-lot subdivision located within a growing coastal-fringe community in the Lammermoor area. EVLTN originated the site, invested alongside project stakeholders, and led development activities in partnership through approvals and delivery.
Engaged as both investor and development planner, EVLTN oversees the project from feasibility to delivery to ensure it is commercially sound, well-planned and positioned for long-term residential demand.
Our role spans the full development lifecycle — identifying and securing the opportunity, completing feasibility and due diligence, and coordinating consultants to achieve development approval. We manage design refinement and procurement, including engineering coordination, tender documentation and contractor engagement.
As the project progresses, EVLTN provides programme monitoring, cost oversight and site coordination, while also supporting sales strategy, marketing alignment, purchaser engagement and settlement.

Waterview Heights is located in the Lammermoor area, close to Yeppoon and the Capricorn Coast, an area known for its beaches, relaxed coastal lifestyle and growing residential appeal.
The subdivision benefits from proximity to local schools, shops, cafes and services, as well as nearby golf courses and recreational amenities.
