OVERVIEW

A new coastal land release shaped for family living, lifestyle, and long-term growth.

Wessells Rd is a 66-lot subdivision positioned within the highly sought-after coastal community of Bargara. EVLTN originated the site, invested alongside project stakeholders, and led development activities in partnership through approvals and delivery.

As Development Partner and joint-venture developer, EVLTN is overseeing the full progression of the project — from identifying and securing the opportunity through to planning, procurement, delivery and eventual sales. Our work ensures the subdivision is commercially grounded, well-planned and aligned with long-term community demand.

Now in the Planning & Approvals Phase, the project is advancing through feasibility testing, early design refinement, planning and engineering coordination, authority consultation and commercial modelling. The focus is on shaping a compliant and efficient subdivision layout supported by strong commercial logic and future delivery certainty.
